Cover-ups,
I'm writing to tell you as a customer, how impressed I am with your
company. You see, I had just purchased one of your HIB turnout
blankets. I was very impressed with the quality and it's ability to
keep my horse dry. However, one night, she must have snagged the belly
straps on something and unfortunately the strap broke and I lost the
metal clasp. I realize that it's possible for things to break and be
torn; and to tell you the truth, I'm glad it broke because if it
hadn't she could have hurt herself in fear, So, obviously when things
break, they need to be fixed. Since your blankets have unique black
hardware, I couldn't find anything local to replace it. So, I called
your customer service number that's on your blankets and I can't tell
you enough how impressed I was. As soon as I called, someone was
helping me. I simply told them my story and asked if is was possible
to get any extra hardware. So your customer service person asked me if
I needed the whole strap, or just the metal clasps. When I answered,
he simply said that he would send out some extra hardware right away
and just asked for my address and such. There was no questions of
doubt, just questions to better help me. Only three days later I
received the hardware....I AM VERY IMPRESSED! It's hard to find
customer satisfaction these days and especially in such good time. So
I'm writing this letter to congratulate your staff and customer
service. I will most definitely recommend any of your products, and I
hope that this letter of satisfaction will make you more aware of your
quality company.
